1. I need to change the address or form of delivery. What should I do?
In this case, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone.
2. I have received the wrong product/size. What should I do?
If you receive a shipment containing damaged or improperly packaged goods, incorrect sizes or products, contact us by email or phone (have your order number or delivery address ready for the operator). We will do everything we can to correct our mistake.
3. There is no product in my package. What should I do?
If you receive an incomplete package, contact us by email or phone (have your order number or delivery address ready for the operator). We will do everything we can to correct our mistake.
4. Are all products and sizes listed in stock?
Yes, all products and sizes you see are in stock. If an item is already sold out or only a few pieces remain, it will be clearly indicated.
5. How long does the delivery take?
We are always trying to work as fast as possible! However, delivery times may vary depending on the period (during the Christmas season the delivery time may be extended). Usually we deliver within 3 business days.
For international orders, the delivery times may vary (expected delivery time is 3 weeks).
6. My order has not been delivered. What should I do?
If your order was not delivered within 3 business days, please contact us by email or phone (have your order number or delivery address ready for the operator).
7. Do you offer local pickup?
You can pick up your orders in Prague city center (Na Příkopě 12, Černá Růže, Prague 1).
8. To which countries do you ship to?
At this moment, we ship to Europe and the USA.
9. Can I track my order?
At this time it is not possible to track orders.
10. How much do you charge for shipping?
The costs depend on the size of the package and the Czech Post’s current rates which can be found on their website.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1. You have the right to return all products you have bought from www.lovefunsocks.cz for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them.
Items bought from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged in a retail or a specialized store.
Please send the items to: Love Fun Socks, Na Příkopě 15, Prague 1, 11000, Czech republic (label the package with: RETURN).
All items must be unused with labels and packaging intact. If you are returning or exchanging items you have to pay the shipping costs. Once we receive your returned items, we will process your request for a refund or an exchange.
Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs. Any refunds we make will be processed using the original payment method you have used to place your order.
We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
